This house is tucked away on a mostly wooded lot of almost an acre with Craig Creek trickling through the front yard. The vacant 1.4 acre lot behind the house is available for your use, too. Just 1/2 mile from O'Malley Elementary. Far North Bicentennial Park is a mile away. Chugach State Park is just 10 minutes away. Several churches are within walking distance. It is a quiet neighborhood zoned R-6 for Suburban large lots. This is a great place to live. The house will be rented with a washer, dryer and kitchen appliances including a microwave but otherwise unfurnished and available October 7, 2011.

The house will be rented unfurnished. This is the living room. The
room is sunk about 12". That gives it nice definition from the dining
area and kitchen. The windows face south and west. The low winter sun floods this room. As the days get longer, the sun shines in until late in the evening. This is a very nice place to be.
This is the dining area looking out to the backyard
Here's the kitchen. Chef not included but the appliances stay.
Going downstairs, we get to the family room. The garage is connected to this room. This is ready for your flat screen TV with cable and sound system for viewing comfort.
Going downstairs again, you get to the basement rec room This room has a small office walled in at a corner. There is also a large walk-in closet. Hard to get a good picture so I took two. That is a bed, but this is not a bedroom. That is a rope hanging from the ceiling. It was there when we bought the house and the kids have had fun swinging from it.
The length of one wall is cabinets that hold loads of stuff.
Going up to the top floor, we get to the three bedrooms. This is a bedroom. The picture is taken from outside the window.
Here's another bedroom.
Here's the master bedroom.
Here's the master bathroom.
Here's the back of the house.
Below is a view of the backyard that continues onto the adjacent vacant lot also available for your enjoyment. Lots of raspberries this year!
That young bull was camera shy and walked off towards the creek.
Craig Creek flows through the frontyard.
