PROGRAM: Marty McGee, Municipal Assessor

Mr Marty McGee,
Anchorage Municipal Assessor, will be presenting an overview of the process for
municipal property valuation and assessment entitled “Fairness in Taxation”.

Last month’s meeting
included a presentation regarding the proposed Alaska DigiTel cellular phone
antenna site at Hillside and O’Malley.
A resolution requesting that the tower location be reconsidered was
approved and forwarded to the Municipality.
